Thanks to its own streaming server (which is also sold as a product), Flumotion offers a new dimension to Internet video distribution.

The team
With headquarters in Barcelona, Flumotion was founded in 2006, the result of more than 2 years of R+D. Flumotion forms part of the Fluendo Multimedia Services group.
Fluendo develops different multimedia products based on the GStreamer framework, and has positioned itself as a leading provider of Multimedia Solutions for Linux.
Flumotion was voted the leading state-of-the-art technology company at the SIMO 2006 show. Furthermore, the Flumotion team is a multicultural team made up of top professionals in Internet multimedia services, and the majority of these professionals have taken part in the research and development of Flumotion technology.
